<br />i <br />ARCHITECTURAL BOARD OF REVIEW SEBTEMBER 17, 1979 PAGE 4 <br />_ 4A <br />4 <br />(f) Walnut Ridge,Condominiums; Kennedy Ridge and Columbia Roads <br />Referred by Planning Commission Meeting September 11, 1979a <br />Mr. Schellentrager, Architect and 14r. Engle, representing <br />the developer, explained that this was a concept plan only. <br />They will be using low maintenance materials: class A <br />shingles, good grade brick, possibly colored mo-rtar, and <br />some wood for warmtha D. Williams s uggested some type of <br />fencing and shurbs for screening along residential property <br />line; enough turning radius for fire trucks, splayed parking <br />areas, and splayed turning areas from garages.. D. [dilliams <br />' moved to.gpprove concept subject to the submission of usual <br />final plans, seconded by C. Petroski, and unanimously approved. <br />UNFINISHED BUSINESS: <br />(a) A A R.Office Building, 26-127 Lorain Rd. -'_ <br />Resubmitted at request of ArchitecturaI. Board of Review <br />Meeting of July 9, 1979. <br />W. Hallesz presented .the revised plans. - D. Williams made <br />some suggestions as to shzubbery changes,: :in_ reference -to :the <br />exterior walls, C. Petroski advised that the Board 'did move <br />to use the Dryvit on all exterior walls of the entire building. <br />D. Williams moved to approve plan as submitted with the <br />exception of the east driveway, where a roimded edge is to be <br />installed on the jutting planter at sidewalk at front, seconded <br />by C. Petroski., and unanimously approved. <br />ADJOURNMENT : <br />The meeting was adjourned at 9:30 p.m.
