Case, <br />and unanimously approved. <br />C. Petroski moved to request that City Council review the com- <br />pensation of the members of the Architectural Board of Review for <br />an increase, seconded by M. Case, and unanimously approved. <br />R. Parry advised that the Long Range Planning Committee of Council <br />discussed the sign Ordinance pertaining to temporary and portable <br />signs and also the square footage allowed for pole signs. This will <br />eventually lead to a revised ordinance on signs. <br />C. Petroski suggested that there should be an Ordinance requiring <br />at least a_lone and one-half car garage per unit fQr condominiums <br />and a required area for storage of at least 32 sq. ft. <br />R. Parry reported that Living Rooms Only installed flashing lights <br />on their sign which was approved as a non-illuminated sign. At the <br />request of the Building Department,the flashers were removed but the <br />sign is still illuminated. <br />In reference to the portable signs in North 0lmsted Park, Mr. <br />Petroski suggested that the various non-profit organizations <br />purchase a permanent changeable copy sign for the North Olmsted <br />Community Cabin which can be used for all functions. <br />The mee ting was adj ourned at 9: 20 p. m. <br />R.
