CALL TO ORDER: <br />The meeting was called to order at 7:05 p.m. <br />II. ROLL CALL: • <br />Present: R. Parry, C. Petroski, and D. Williams <br />Absent: M. Case <br />Also Present: Recording Secretary B. Oring <br />III. CONSIDERATION OF MINUTES: <br />The Minutes of November 19, 1979 were approved as submitted. <br />IV. NEW BUSINESS: (a) Signs : <br /> <br />Dried n' Fancy (Rose English), 26814 Lorain Rd. - Facia Sign and Pole <br />Sign. Approved and recommended to Planning Commission with the <br />condition that an exterior enamel type of paint be use d on the p lywood <br />sign and that an appropriate type of paint (not latex) be used on the <br />plastic sign. <br />Stasek Insurance (Wagner Sign Co.); 30119 Lorain Rd. Facia Sign. <br />Approved as presented and recommended to Planning Commission, <br />DeRay's Hair Exp ress (Bob Cutler Signs), 4625 Great Northern Blvd. <br />Facia Signs Approved and recommended to Planning Commission with <br />the condition that the sign be placed so that the bottom of the <br />sign is in line with the signs adjacent an d also, to note that this <br />sign has used it allotted sign square footage and that it not be <br />permitted other additional signs. <br />Smyth Crammer Co. (Bob Cutler Signs), 28350 Lorain Rd. Pole Sign. <br />Approved as submitted and recommended to Planning Commission as <br />submitted. <br />Olmsted Plaza Phase 4-B PZarjack Development (Bob Cutler Signs) <br />25401 Lorain Rd. - 2 Pole Signs. Tabled unti:l the developer submits <br />to the Board the signage system for the facia signs and presents the <br />entire signage for the b uilding. (Carl Hixson, Cutler.signs, claimed <br />that the signage system had been submitted to the Building Department. )
