<br />. seconded by R. Bugala, and imanimously approved.
<br />Third Federal Savings, 26949 Lorain Rd. Mr. Gundy presenLed the sign
<br />which is to replace their existing sign which was damaged. This sign
<br />was approved by the Architectural Review Board. W. Ohman moved to
<br />approve the Third Federal Savings' sign as presented, seconded by
<br />J. Roberts, and imanimously approved.
<br />Goldengate Health Spa, 23627 Lorain Rd., Mr. Gundy Presented the
<br />request for a temporary sign for a 60 day period which was disap-
<br />proved by the ArchitECtur:al Review Board. It was noted that this is a
<br />. bad corner for a temporary sign as it presents a traffic hazzard
<br />- (restricts vkssbiiity_). J. Prokasy moved to disapprove the sign as
<br />presented, seconded by W. Ohman and tmanimously approved. Request

<br />Friendly Ice Cream, 24950 Lorain Rd. Mr. Conway representing
<br />Friendly Ice Cream, presented the three replacement signs which
<br />were approved as presented by the Architectural Board of Review.
<br />D. Ryan moved to accept the Friendly Ice Cream signs as presented,
<br />seconded by J. Prokasy, and approved unanimously.
<br />(b) Winchester Warehouse, Bradley Rd., R. Mongello, Architect, and F.
<br />Bower, Builder, were representing Winchester Warehouse. The building
<br />has been recommended for approval by the Architectural Review Board,
<br />but the sight plan, including landscaping, lighting, signing,
<br />drainage, and paving, has been tabled and is to be resubmitted.
<br />The proposal was discussed. Mr. and Mrs. Charles Szabo, 30827
<br />Bradley Rd. and Bob McCarthy, 10704 Bradley Rd, were again protesting
<br />the zoning which was zoned light industry in 1962, and presented a
<br />petition to rezone back to residential. Law Director M. Gareau .
<br />advised that the Planning Commission could accept such a petition and
<br />refer it to the Engineering Department but that this could not affect
<br />the ruling on this proposal. Chairman Bugala accepted the petition
<br />for rezoning back to residential and will defer it to New Business.
<br />J. Prokasy moved that the Winchester Warehouse, Bradley Rd. , building
<br />plans be approved as submitted to the Architectural Review Board, but
<br />that the items concerning landscaping, lighting, signing be referred
<br />back to the Architectural Review Board, and that no occupancy permit be
<br />issued until the Architectural Review Board has acted on these items,
<br />and that the drainage and paving be . reviewed by the Engineering
<br />Department, seconded by D. Ryan, and unanimously approved. In 're-
<br />sponse to the homeowners' inquiry, Mr. Bower assured them that the
<br />Architect, Mr. Mongello, would save as many as possible of the
<br />Blue Spruce trees on the property.
<br />(c) Taco Villa, Brookpark Extension, Building Comroissioner Gundy advised
<br />that the Architectural Review Board had approved the building and
<br />general site plan with only two driveways, one on Sparky Lane and
<br />one on Brookpark Extension and had tabled action on the detailed
<br />site plan which is to be resubmitted detailing circulation, signing,
