Gorris, W. Ohman, J. Robert, J. Brown and R. Bugala <br />J. Prokasy arrived at 810p.m: <br />Absent: D. Ryan <br />Also Present: Law Director M. Gareau, Building Commissioner E. Gimdy, <br />Assistant City Engineer Dave McDermott, Coimcilwoman <br />J. Saringer, and Recording Secretary B. Oring. <br />II. REVIEW AND CORRECTION OF MINUTES: <br />Mr. Ohman correct section III (a) Signs, Golden Gate Health Spa sign: <br />insert after as presented "with stipulations of the Architectural <br />Board of Review". Sentence should read "Mr. Ohman moved to approve <br />the Golden Gate Healthe Spa Sign as presented, with the stipulations <br />of the Architectural Board of Review". W. Ohman moved to accept the <br />minutes of June 1'2-,, 1979 as corrected, seconded by J. Brown, and unan- <br />imously approved. <br />III. BUILDING DEPT REQUESTS: <br />(a) Signs: Referred from the Architectural Board of Review meeting <br />of June 18, 1979. <br />. <br />Esco, 23333 Lorain Rd. Wall Sign - W., Ohman moved to approve the <br />Esco sign as presented providing it meets the sign ordinance of <br />the Cit*. of North Olmsted, seconded by J. Roberts, and imanimously <br />app rove d. <br />J. J. Caldwell, 25319 Lorain Rd. Pole Sign - B. Gorris moved to <br />approve the D. J. Caldwell sign as submitted providing it meet <br />the sign ordinance of the City of North Olmsted, seconded by J. <br />Brown, and imanimously approved. <br />Redwing Shoes, 4585 Great Northern Blvd. Wall Sign - J. Brown moved <br />to approve the sign of Redwing Shoe Store as recommended by the <br />Architectural Board of Review, by that the Commissions means by <br />-deleting the oversized ntunbers of the show sizes, seconded by B. <br />Gorris, and imanimously approved. <br />P33idas Muffler, 28820 Lorain Rd. Pole Sign and 5 Facia Signs - W. <br />Ohman moved to approved the Midas Muffler pole sign and 5 facia signs <br />providing they meet the requirements of the City of North Olmsted <br />for size, seconded by J. Roberts, and unanimously approved.
