o" <br />PLANNING COMM:LSSION <br />JULY 10, 19 79 <br />PAGE 3 <br />Council since there is a change of structure and if a more detailed <br />plan should-be necessary. After a lengthy discussion, J. Prokasy <br />moved that the Planning Commission approve the admendments on the <br />Realtek Industries Columbia Village as submitted, and request that <br />the detailed plans for landscaping, lighting, parking, and archi- <br />tectural plans be reviewed by the Rlanning Commission, seconded by <br />J. Roberts, and unanimously approved. <br />IV. NEW DEVELOPMENTS AND SUBDIVISIONS: <br />(a) Spartico DiBenedetto Assembly PlatY Southeast corner of Brookpark <br />Road Extension and Sparkey Lane: Site of the new Taco Villa Res- <br />taurant. Assembly into one (1) lot of parcel 232-26-11, and part of parcels.232-26-10, 232-26-i?37, and•.232-26-38. This assembly was <br />required by the City before acceptance of the restaurant plans. <br />D. Ryan moved that the Planning Commission approve the Assembly <br />Plat submitted by Spartico DiBenedetto,_ l'received on Jime 28, 1979, <br />as presented by the Engineer, seconded by J. Prokasy, and unanimously <br />app rove d. <br />(b) Jeanne Van Uuin Subdivision, South off Mastic Rd., west of Shepherd <br />Hill. Includes resubdivi.sion of the Van Uum Subdivision (Parcel <br />Nos. 237-25-7 and 237-25-21), approved by Ordinance No 77-196, <br />and parcel 237-25-9; two (2) sublots. This is a simple realignment <br />of property lines in order to give the prope rty facing Mastic Rd. <br />a larger rear yard. W. Ohman moved to approve the Jeanne Van Uum <br />Subdivision,- seconded by D. Ryan, and unanimously approved. <br />(c) Evelyn Mae Reitz Sub division, West side of Columbia Rd., second <br />lot north of Sunset Oval: Realignment of the common rear and side <br />property lines of parcel 236-16-15 and 236-16-22, two (2) sublots. <br />This sub division is to remove a portion of the lot facing Columbia <br />Rd. and attaches it to a lot facing on Sunset Oval. D. Ryan moved <br />to approve the Evelyn M. Reitz Subdivision, seconded by W. Ohman <br />and unanimously approved. <br />(d) Stark Development Co. ( Rini-Zayre Shopping Plaza), 25999 Lorain Rd. <br />Ronald Zurawski, City Engineer then introduced a proposal from the <br />Stark Development Co. to relocate the western-.?.most driveway of the <br />Zayre-Rini Shopping Plaza on Lorain Rd., to the east so that the <br />driveway lines up with the Recreation Center Drive across Lorain Rd. <br />W. Ohman moved to approve the relocation of the driveway for Stark <br />Development, seconded by D. Ryan, and unanimously approved. <br />V. COMMUNICATIONS: <br />A letter was received from Safety Director Eugene Petre recommending <br />disapproval of the Maxine Circle Subdivision because of inadequate ingress <br />and egress. This-proposal had already been approved by the Planning <br />Commission on June 12, 1979, subject to consultation with the Safety <br />Director. <br />?
