ROLL CALL: Chairman Bugala called the meeting to order at 8:00 p.m. • <br />Mayor Swietyniowski administered the oath of office to Randall Perla, <br />new member of the Planning Commission. <br />Chairman Bugala advised that Dan Ryan, who has' b.een appointed Assistant <br />Law Director, will no longer be a member of the Planning Commission, and <br />that he is appointing Brian Gorris as interim Vice-Chairman. <br />Present: R. Bugala, B. Gorris, J. Roberts, J. Brown, J. Prokasy and <br />R. Perla. <br />Also present: Mayor S7aietyniowski, Law Director M. Gareau, Building <br />Commissioner E. Gundy, Assistant City Engineer D. McDermott, Councilman <br />R. Wilamosky-,arid Recording Secretary B. Oring. <br />II. REVIEW AND CORRECTION OF MINUTES: <br />J. Roberts moved to approve the Minutes of October 9, 1979 as submitted, <br />seconded by B. Gorris, and unanimously approved. <br />III, BUILDING DEPARTMENT REQUESTS: <br />Si gns : <br />Building Commissioner Gundy introduced the signs which had been <br />considered at the Architectural Board of Review irfeeting of October 10, <br />1979. They were studied in conjtmction with the Architectural Board <br />of Review Minutes and discussed. B. Gorris moved to approve the <br />Fragapane Bakery sign:, contingent upon future signs being consistant <br />as indicated in their letter, and the Tokyo Shapiro sign and Rini's <br />sign be accepted as presented, seconded by J. Prokasy, and unanimously <br />app rove d. <br />IV. NEW DEVELOPiENTS AND SUBDIVISIOIIS: <br />No Items <br />pt• COMMiJNICATIONS : <br />Mr. Bugala passed around the Regional Planning Data and Information sheet. <br />VI. NEW BUSINESS: <br />Request from Delores Sharp, Chairman of the Building, Zoning, and <br />Development Committee of Council requesting rezoning for both sides of
