<br />CITY OF PdORTH OLMSTED <br />PLAPdIdING CONINffSSION <br />MINUTES -:JOVEMBER 27, 1979 <br />I. ROLL CALL: ChAirman Bugala called the meeting to order at 3:05 p.m. <br />Present: R. Perla; J. Roberts, J. Brown, and R. Bugala <br />Absent: B. Gorris and J. Prokasy <br />Also Present: Assistant Law Director D. Ryan, Assistant City Engineer <br />D. McDermott, Councilwoman J. Sarringer, and Recording <br />Secretary B. Oring. <br />II. REVIEW AND CORRECTION OF MIPdUTES: <br />J. Brown moved to approve the 14inutes of November 13, 1979 as submitted, <br />seconded by J.. Roberts, and tmanimously approved. <br />, <br />II'I. BUILDING DEPARTMENT REQUESTSe <br />(a) Signs: <br />The signs were studied and discussed in conjunction with the <br />Architectural Board of Review Minutes of November 19, 1979. Since <br />there were no objections to any individual sign, Mr. Bugala advised <br />that all signs would be voted on as a block. R. Perla moved to <br />approve signs 2 through 5 as stated in the Architectural Board <br />of Review Minutes of November 19, 1979- with the understanding <br />being that the -temporary sign -be. on the basis- of hardship .and foz <br />one month only, seconded by J. Brown, and unanimously approved. <br />(b) iJalnut Ridge Condominiums withdrawn from Agenda and will be heard <br />at the Planning Commission Meeting 12/11/79. <br />IV. PdEiJ DEVELOPiENTS AND SUBDIVISIONS: <br />1. Robinson Avenue Resubdivision. Combining of Block B-1 and part of <br />Sublot 16 of Candlelight Subdivision (Pennanent Parcels Nos. 231-1- <br />100 and 231-1-1) for the purpose of dedication as public right-of- <br />way. Located east off Walter Road at. City's north corporate line. <br />la. Robinson Avenue Dedication Proposal. Dedication of strip approxi-. <br />mately 30 feet wide and 250 feet in length .for right-of-way and <br />roadway use as part of the Stonehedge Resubdivision in the City of <br />47es tlake. <br />Both of the above items were continued from tlie November 13th meeting <br />of Planning Commission for additional information.
