Mr. Bugala seconded, and motion pass- <br />ed. <br />(b) Robert Goold Rezoning Request -South side of Lorain Road East of <br />Bentley Dr. Permanent Parcel Nos. 236-2-4 and 5. <br />Dan Margolius, representing Mr. Goold, came before the Commissionm <br />Plan is to rezone from multiple residence high rise to general busi- <br />ness. After discussion Nir. Roberts moved to place Robert Goold Re- <br />zoning request in committee with recommendation the Itaw Director <br />give interpretation of buffer, etc. Mr. Prokasy seconded, and mo- <br />tion passed. <br />(c) Mr. Jif y uubdivision and rezoning request -South side of Butter- <br />nut Ridge Rd. West of Dover Center Rd. Two sub lots, Permanent <br />Parcel No. 232-11-3. <br />Mr. McDermott distributed plans - property fronts on both Lorain Rd. <br />and Butternut Ridge Rd. Plan is to rezone from single residence <br />Class B to Gereral Business to provide more parking. After dis- <br />cussion Mr. Prokasy moved to accept Jiffy Subdivision and rezoning <br />request as presented. Mr. Rafeld seconded, and motion passed. <br />V. Communications <br />(a) Letter from Carl A. Petrosky, member of Architectural Review Board <br />was read by Chairman Rafeld.. Mr. Prokasy moved to refer the let- <br />ter to the Law Director with recommendation he take it under ad- <br />visement. Mr9 Bugala seconded, and motion passed. <br />VI.
