Planning Commission 3-28778 _ 2 _ <br />and yard lighting plan submitted at a future date, within ?Z days. <br />Mrs. Brown seconded, and motion passed. <br />(c) Magic Pan Restaurant <br />Mr. Prokasy moved to approve plans for Magic Pan Restaurant as sub- <br />mitted to Architectural Review $oard. Mr: Bugala seconded, and mo" <br />tion passed. <br />(d) Cleveland Trust Drive-In Bank <br />Plans were studied and discussion was held. NIr. Prokasy moved to <br />accept Cleveland Trust Drive-In Bank plans including recommenda- <br />tion No, 2 of Architectural Review Board - Planting as per plans <br />or dwarf Pfitzer with large trees shown 2 1/2" minimum. Total of <br />5 Honey Zocust on North side and 1 on South side planted per plans <br />- and not to accept recommendation No. l, but to refer same to <br />Engineering Department - grading change. Mr. Roberts seconded, <br />and motion passed. <br />(e) Poppin Fresh Restaurant <br />Plans and recommendations of hrchitectural Review Board were studied. <br />Discussion was held. Mr. Prokasy moved to approve Poppin Fresh Res- <br />taurant plans as submitted with the following changes: Designate <br />jrJest drive as entrance - eash drive as exit; reduce driveway from 2L <br />ft. to 23 ft. raith three feet on UJest side of building; reduce taalk <br />in front of building to 12 ft. Increase planting area in front from <br />6 ft. to 12 ft. allowing 17 ft. parking stall with 3 ft. car overhang <br />into planting area; Add planting East and -tidest sides of the drive in <br />approaches (same as above) which will eliminate two parking spaces, <br />one on East and one on T,iest. Also, plans including other items re- <br />garding roof lighting, site lighting, sign location and landscaping <br />are to be submitted within 45 days. Mr. Bugala seconded, and motion <br />passed. <br />(f) Clague Plaza Subdivision Additional Parking <br />Mr. Gundy submitted plans for additional parking on Permanent Parcel <br />No. 237-7-4. Discussion ensued. Mr. Rafeld moved to approve Clague <br />Plaza proposed parking lot with open area between parking spaces 11 <br />and 12 and to be curbed and landscaped with plantings or with grass: <br />Mr. Roberts seconded, and motion passed. <br />IV. New Developments and Subdivisions <br />(a) Kennedy Acres Subdivision - 25 sub lots located along curved cul de <br />sac extension of tiVhitethorn Ave. and extending southeast of 'Jdhite- <br />thorn-Kennedy Ridge intersection; replotting of Permanent Parcel <br />Nos. 235-4-1, 18, 21, 26, 28 and 29. <br />Mr. McDermott distributed preliminary plot plan and map; this is <br />resubmittal, a new plan which Engineering Department doesn't con- <br />sider adequate.
