D. Ryan
made a motion to recommend approval of Ordinance 78-145 by adding a new
section.to chapter 1229.04. J. Brawn seconds the motion and it is unani-
mously approved.
? (b) U STORE IT: Mr0 Amsdale; owner of.U-Store-It, requests change from -
residential zoning to commercial zoning for rear section of property.
Front 500 feet of U-Store-It property is zoned commercial and Mr. Amsdale
wants approximately 200 feet zoned commercial to extend his commercial
property for security reasons and will be deeding the remainder to
Mr. Kadar to extend his lots in a proposed subdivision. His contention
is that the residential property will be landlocked after the subdivision
is built. Mr. Bugala questioned this since there is no actual request
for a sub-division on record now and the property is not at present
land-locked. It was noted that Regional Planning Commission had not
recommended rezoning. Mr. Ryan made a motion to accept rezoning pro-
posal for rear property of U-Store-It from residential to commercial.
The Motion was seconded by J.
