Iir. Ohman replied that the <br />committee was considering this and such a plan would be under <br />study. Mayor Swietyniowski also stated that eliminating the <br />Uike path on the north side of 1480 was in agreement with the <br />NOACA recommendation. Mr. Ohman made a motion that the Planning <br />Commission recommend the deletion of the portion of the proposed <br />bike path running from Barton Road to Stearns Road, seconded <br />by B. Gorris and unanimously approved. 'rir. Bugala moved to <br />accept the interim report dated I}'ecember 11, 1978, of the <br />Bikeways Committee, seconded by B. Gorris and unanimously approved. <br />(b) Pir. Bugala, Chairman of the Sign Committee, attended Councilman <br />Logan's Sign Committee meeti-ng to co-ordinate efforts between <br />the two committees. At that meeting Mr. Gundy explained the <br />restrictions that he has that are limiting him in creating an <br />effective sign enforcement, primarily the legal restrictions.o <br />Both committees will be meeting separately and at a later date <br />they will-join efforts in a complete revision of the sign ordinance. <br />IX. <br />ADJOURNMENT: <br />Mr. Bugala moved to.excuse the absence of D. Byan, seconded by J. Brown <br />and unanimously approved. <br />Motion to adjourn by R. Bugala, seconded by W. Ohman and unanimously <br />apuroved.
