BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS SEPTEMBER 6, 1978 PAGE 5 <br /> <br />Continuance of hearing of William L. Wolfe, 5672 Whitehaven. Request for variance <br />(1133.13). Request to build utility shed on permanent p arcel number.233-18-19 (sub- : <br />lot 19 Elmhurst Avenue - Garden City Allotment, East side of street between Whitehaven <br />and Guilford). Violation of ord. 62-33 section 1151.04. Chairman Ledvina requested the applicant and all other interested persons to assemble <br />before the Board. The oath was administered. This is a vacant parcel across the <br />street from where Mr. Wolfe now lives. This is not a buildable lot. A short discussion <br />ensuedo Request is to build an accessory building prior to the construction of a main <br />building. Mr. Ledvina moved to grant the construction of this accessory building <br />on the above permanent parcel number with the condition that this variance be revoked <br />upon the residential construction on any adjacent parcel. In stating that this variance <br />will be revoked does not restrict the Board at a later date from granting a new <br />variance.
