Mr. Horvath moved to <br />accept the minutes as corrected. Mr. Remmel seconded and motion passed. <br />s <br />At this point Mr. Fairfield entered the meeting. . <br />l. Pompili's Music Studies - 4722 Great Northern Boulevard. Request for variance <br />(1133.13). Request.to eaceed maai-inum area pei-mitted for sign. Violation of <br />Ord. 62-33 Section 1225.02(c). • <br />Chairman Ledvina requested the applicant and all other interested persons to <br />assemble before the Board. The oath was administered. T;r. Pompili is requesting <br />permission to construct a pole sign on the roadway in front of his music studio. <br />Mr. Ledvina stated that Mr. Gnndy had inforreed him that the commercial development <br />in tehich Mr. PompiliTS music studio is located is already in excess of the sign <br />area alloted by more than 100 square feet. He also stated that the Board recently <br />turned down a similar request for the same reason. <br />Pir. Zedvina' moved to deny the request, rir. Fairfield seconded and motion passed. - <br />2. Jack Belding - 23429 Piarion Road. Request for variance (1133.13). Request <br />permission to add- to non-conforming garage.- Violation of Ord. 62-33 Section <br />1231.02 (13) (1). ? <br />Chairr:an Ledvina requested the applicant and alI other interested persons to <br />assemble before the Board. The oath was administered: It was noted that the <br />garage is• in non-conformance-because it is 4-feet instead of--5- feet from- the--- - <br />side line. Applicant requests <br />side yard variance to allow the construction of a chimney for a proposed fire- <br />place.
