? Mr. Horvath moved to grant the variance. Mr, .Rermnel seconded and motion passed. <br />. <br />' 4. Fred H. Daiber - 30948 Bradley Road. Request for variance (1133.13). Request <br />for 60' wide lot in limited industry area. Violation of Ord. 62-33.Section <br />1194.05. _ Chairman Ledvina requested the applicant and all other interested persons to <br />assemble before the Board. The oath was administered. This is a request for <br />a 60' sub-division instead of the required 100 ft. for limited industrial area. <br />Property is now 200 ft. wide. Discussion was held regarding the 60' width of <br />the driveway which is the legal size of a roadway and Mr. Daiber`s intention <br />as to whether be wishes to dedicate the roadway. If dedicated, the existing <br />o "%oelling would beco-Lne non-conforming to the street. Mr. Gareau asked Mr. <br />Daiber if he planned on deeding-this.-transaction or sub-dividing by going <br />through the Planning Co-inmission. Mr. Daiber stated that his intention was <br />to complete this transaction by deed only. TiT. Ledvina moved to approve the request with the following stipulations: <br />That this parcel go through the proper sub-division approvals of Planning <br />Couunission and Coun cil and further stipulate that the 60 foot strip may not <br />be used for any purpose other than access to the rear portion of the p arcel, <br />specifically it could only be used-for a driveway.-- Also, no other development <br />on the 60 ft, strip would be permitted. If any other sub-division would <br />eliminate the 60 ft, area by combining it with adjacent parcels, than this <br />proviso would be rescindedo Mr. Remmel seconded and motion passed. <br />5. Donn H. Suesse - 24693 Lorain Road. Request for variance (1133.13). Request <br />to reduce size of front yard. Violation of Ord..62-33 Section 1159.01. <br />Request 'Lor side yard variance. Violation of Ord. 62-33 Section 1161a01. <br />Chairnan Ledvina requested the applicant and all other interested persons to <br />asse;uble beiore the Board. The oath was administered. Mr. Ledvina noted that <br />this is not a r2qUest-..for a.variance but rather a request for a special pennit <br />to add to a non-conforming=structure.-= The applicant--intends to erect-a second <br />story on an already-existing- dcaelling.- This house=is-non-conforming for two <br />reasons:_ It has a 4 ft. side.yard and 5 ft. is required and it has an 30 ft. <br />front setback and bet-xaeen 50 and 70 ft. are required. <br />i•ir. }iortiath moved to grant this special peimit: _.2•ir.
