Board <br />Chairroan Ledvina requested the applicant and all other interested persons to <br />assemble before the Board. The oath w as administered.• Mr. Ledvina ehplained <br />the ordinance which states a person cannot construct an accessory building on <br />a lot prior to the construction of the -main building.* Applicant requests permission <br />to erect a 14' x 10' steel shed.on his lot in order to store materials for a future <br />machine shop.which he intends to build, hopeiully in late Spring or Summer of 1979. <br />Mr. Wilamosky asked the Board members to consider the condition of many sheds after <br />they have been standing for a long period of ti-me. They deteriorate, some are <br />vandalized and some are not kept in good repair. He encouraged the Board, if <br />they grant Mr. Psorda's request, to stipulate that the shed be kept in good repair. <br />Mr. Fairiield stated he felt the request for this shed was somewhat premature. <br />Tir. Fairfield moved to reject the request of the applicant. Mr. Remmel second'ed <br />and motion passed. <br />8.
