Mr. Horvath <br />seconded and motion pas,sed. <br />Continuance of hearing of Linzey JaTnes Forsliey, 24066 Ambour Drive. <br />Request for variancea (1133.13). 'Request for the following: (1) <br />Request for front setb aclc variance. Violation of Ord. 62-33 Section <br />1159.01; Q) Request for side yard variance. Violation of Ord. 62-33 <br />Section 1161.01; (3) Request for special permit to add to non-con- <br />forming. Special permit required by Ord. 62-33 Section 1231.02; (4) <br />Request for variance for distance between proposed addition and garage. <br />Violation of Ord. 62-33 Section 1151.04 (c)o <br />0 <br />Chairman Ledvina requested the applicant and all other interested persons <br />to assemble before the Boardo The oath was administered. Discussion <br />ensuedo Mr. Remmel suggested the request for front setb ack variance <br />be deleted. Mr. Fairfield moved to grant a variance for a side yard <br />variance, a variance for the distance between the proposed addition and <br />the garage and a special perroit to add to a non-conforming dwellingo <br />Mr. Horvath seconded the motion. Roll call on motion: Messers Fairfield, <br />Horvath, Remmel, DeVoto, aye; Mr. Ledvina, nay. Motion passed. <br />l. Josepli Nemeth, 5482 Columbia Road. Request for variance (1133.13). Request <br />for 18" height variance for fence. Violation of Orde 62-33 Section 1151.04. <br />Chairman Ledvina requested the applicant and all other interested persons <br />to assemble before the Board. The oath was administered. Applicant <br />wishes permission to erect a chain link fence approximately 90 feet along <br />the north end of pond. The ordinance requires a fence not to exceed 30 <br />incfies in height in a front setback area. Applicant is asking to have an <br />18 inch variance to a11ow up to 4 feet to attach to the other section of <br />existing fence. Mr. Horvath moved to accept the variance. Mr. DeVoto <br />seconded. Motion passed. ' <br />2. Steven R. and Adelle Andrews, 26995 Butternut Ridge Road. Request for <br />variance (1133.13). Request to install shed more than required number <br />of feet from property line. Violation of Ordo 75-117. <br />Chairman Ledvina requested the applicant and all other interested persons <br />to assemble before the Board. The oath was administered. After short <br />? discussion the Board members felt request was too much of a deviance from <br />the ordinance. Mr. Ledvina moved to deny the request. Mr. Remmel seconded <br />and motion denied.
