• Board, of Zoni,ng App.ea4_. 7112/78 Page 2 <br />3. David Dieterich, 23352 Woodview Road. Request for variance (1133.13). <br />Request for 8'P side yard variance. Violation of Ord. 62-33 Section <br />1159.01. , <br />Chairman Ledvina requested tlie applicant and all other interested persons <br />to assemble before the Board. The oath was administered. Request is for <br />8" side yard variance for a fireplace.-- Mr. Remmel asked if there were any <br />windows abutting the adjacent property. There were none. Mr., Remmel <br />m,oyed to accept request. Mr. DeVoto seconded. Motion passed. ,. <br />4. A. Korsnak, 5029 Evergreen Drive. Request for variance (1133.13). <br />Request to reduce size of front yard. Violation of Ord. 62-33 Section <br />1159001. <br />Chai rman Ledvi,na requested the applicant and aIl other interested persons <br />to assemble before the Board. The oath was administered. Discussion <br />ensued. On Evergreen Drive the houses are all very similar in structure. <br />By adding the proposed addition,-applicantTS garage will protrude 15 <br />feet beyond the structures on either side of applicant's property. Mr. <br />Fairfield moved to deny the request. Mr. Remmel seconded and motion <br />denied. <br />5. Ronald E. Norman, 5723 McXenzie Roado Request for variance (1133.13). <br />Request for special permit to add to non-conforming dwelling. Special <br />permission required by Ord. 62-33 Section 1231.02. <br />Chairman Ledvina requested the applicant and all other interested persons <br />to assemble before the Board. The oath was administered. Short discussion <br />ensued. The Board members felt the applicant's addition would be a compl- <br />iment to tlie property. Mro Horvath moved to accept the request. Mr. DeVoto <br />seconded. Motion passed. <br />6. Frank Josepli Becerra,'Jr., 28641 Jenkins Road. Request for variance - <br />(1133..13). Request to install shed more than required number of feet <br />from property line. Violation of Ord. 75-117. <br />Chairman Ledvina requested the applicant and.all other interested persons <br />to assemble before the Board. The oath was administered. After short <br />discussion Mrs Fairfield moved to accept the request. Mr. DeVoto seconded. <br />Roll call on motion: Mr. Fairfield, Mr. DeVoto, Mr. Horvath and Mr. Ledvina, <br />aye9 Mr. Remmel, nay. Motion passed. <br />7. Richard H. Kendall, 3176 West 231st Street. Request for variance (1133.13). <br />Request for special permit to add to non-conforming dwelling. Special <br />permission required by Ord. 62-33 Section _1231.02. <br />Chairman Ledvina requested the applicant and all other interested persons <br />to assemb le before the Board-. The oath was administeredv Mr. Kendall <br />wishes to add on to the rear of his homeo His front setback is non-con- <br />forming due to the curve in the road. Mr. Remnel moved we grant the <br />request. Mr. Aorvath seconded. Motion passed.
