City of North Olmsted <br />BOARD OF ZONING APPEAIS <br />March 8, 1978 <br />Chairman Ledvina called the meeting to order at 7:30 P.M. <br />Present: Chairman Ledvina, Messrs. RemmeZ and Ackley. <br />Also Present: Building Commissioner Gundy, Law Director Gareau and Record- <br />ing Secretary Hodgin9. <br />Mr. Remmel moved for approval of Febo l, 1978 mi.nutes. Mr. Ackley seconded <br />and motion passed. <br />v l. George A. Lahl, 23Q45 Clifford ]hr. Request for variance (1133.13). Re- <br />quest to build addition to non-conforming dwelling. Special permission <br />required by Ord. 62-33 Section 1133.12. <br />Chairman Ledvina requested the aoplicant and all other interested'persons <br />to assemb7.e before the Board. The oath was administered. Copies of the <br />prints had been studied by Board members. Non-conformance is the four ft. <br />sideline. A second story with three dormers is planned. After discussion <br />Mr. Remmel moved to grant special nermission for addition plus permission <br />to continue building on west building line per plans. Mr. Ackley second- <br />ed and motion passed. <br />L/2. R. M. Eagleeye9 26512 Butternut Ridge Rd. Request for variance (1133•13). <br />Requests his lot at the above address be subdivided. Special permit re- <br />quired by Ord. 62-33 Section 1133.12 (one lot will have no frontage). <br />Chairman Ledvina requested the applicant and all other interested persons <br />to assemble before the Board. The oath was administered. F'lan vas ex- <br />plained. Access to seeond lot is by easement only - a cinder drive go- <br />ing all the way back. Lengthy discussion ensued. Re- <br />quest to build addition to non-conforming stableo Hearing required by <br />Ord. 62-33 Section 1231.02 (2). <br />Chairman Lednina requested the applicant and all other interested persons <br />to assemble before the Board. The oath was admini5tered. Builder Joe <br />Frindt had built storage addition to existing stable without a permit. <br />After discussion Mr. Remmel moved to grant the varianceo Mr. Ackley <br />seconded, and motion passed. <br />4, Gulf Oil Co. - US, P. 0.
