Board of Zoning Appeals 3-8-78 - 2- motion passed. 5. Larry Hunt, L511t Michael Ave. Request for variance (1133•13). Request to subdivide and rezone property at 27529 Lorain Rda (rir. Jiffy Copy Center). Hearing and special permit required by Ord. 62-33 Section 1133.12). Chairman Ledvina requested the applicant and all other interested per- sons to assemble before the Board. The oath was administered. More parking spaces are needed for employees. Rezoning is needed for small portion of propert,y fronting on Batternut Ridge Rd. Variance is needed to permit more than 20 parking spaces with one ingress and egress. Mr. Ackley moved to grant variance to allow additional parking spaces with one ingress and egress conditioned on the provision that City Council pas9 legislation to provide acquisition of the additional property and rezoning same per plan. Mr. Ledvina seconded, and motion passed. 6e Olmsted Unitarian Universalist Fellowship, 5050 Porter Rd. Request for variance (1133.13). Request is for special permit to use church build- ing for nursery school. (Not a permitted use - Ord. 62-33 Section 1151). Chairman Ledvina requested the anplicant and all other interested.per- sons to assemble before the Board. The oath was administered. After discussion Mr. Remmel moved to reject the request. Mr. Ackley second- ed, and motion passedo At this time the public hearings ended. Mr. Ackley nominated Mr. Remmel Vice Chairman. Mre Ledvina seconded the motion. Nominations were closed and Mr. Remmel was elected Vice Chairman unani.mously. Members of Board of Zoning Appeals acknowledged receipt of Annual Re- port of Building Department for 1977.
