(Less than 500 ft. from food establishment.) <br />Chairman Zedvina invited the applicant and all other interested persons to as- <br />semble before the Board. Al1 witnesses, before testifying, were sworn in. Mr. <br />Shur distributed planse Renovation of storage building is to be the start of <br />improvement of the entire rear area of the Shopping Center. Board members had <br />made site inspections and found the building to be approximately 35 ft. from <br />Rhinelander Restaurant. After lengthy discussion Mr. Huntington moved to deny <br />the request. Motion died for lack of a second. Mr. Remmel moved to approve <br />the request. Vlr. Ackley seconded the motion. Roll Call: Messrs. Remmel and <br />Ackley, aye; Messrs. Huntington and Zedvina, nay. Motion failed to pass.
