The <br />applicant furnished-.an opinion from Law Director Gareau dated Jan, 31, 1975 -. <br />variance will not be necessar,y for section 1202.01. In addition the developer, <br />agreed to relocate encroachments into the buffer strip; no variance necessary for Section 1203,05. It was reported that the variances required will be 171 off street parking spaces and 99 sq. ft. of living area for 163 one bedroom suites. ;Questions relating to recreational facilities, physical therapy rooms,,' <br />transportation and other services contemplated were asked. Member? of Council, Mrs. Saringer, reminded applicant of elevator size and sprinkl.ers. Developer : <br />would not identify the non-profit sponsor. Chairinan Ledvina considered this an ' <br />attempt to rezone under the guise of variance. Motion was made by Mr.. Remmel <br />to deny the request, seconded by Mr. Hamill.
