Remmer, Hamill and $untington, Also Present: Mr. Gundy, Building Commissioner, Mr. Gareau, Law Director and Mrs. Hodgins, Recording Secretaxy. N1r. Huntington moved minutes of Febo2 be approved.-Mr. HamilT seconded and motion passed. l. Peter N. Palos, 28042 Angela Dr. Request for variance (1133013).. Request to build fence 6 ft. high. Violation of Ord. 62-33 Section 1151,04. (H)Q Present: Mr. and N1rs. Palos and Mr, and Mrs. Schulz who were administered the oath. Case and appeal were reado Location of fences and drainage were explaineda Mr. Remmel and Mr. Huntington spoke of the number of fences in the neighborhood. After further discussion Mr. Rem- mel moved to grant 2 ft. heig.ht variance for fence on rear lot line with one inch opening at the bottom of the fence to allow flow of watero Mr. Huntington seconded the motion, Roll Call on motion: aye - Messrs.
