Moss read his prepared statement and explained variances re- quested; Mr. Page, principal of Pine School suggested a walkway through to the'school, inasmuch as Sub Zots 4, 5 and 6 are within 1t0 ft. of the school. He also said the rear of the lots is gath- ering place for youngsters. Modified requests were submitted for . Sub Lot #3 and Sub Lot #7• Law Director Gareau read Section 1133013 Powers In Regard To An Appeal Par. (A) (B) and (C). Chairman Ledvina called for a vote on each (A) (practical difficulty or unnecessary hardship) - all aye; (B) (deprivation of property rights) - Messrs. Hamill, Rem- mel and Ledvina, aye; Mr. Huntington, nays (C) (strict applica- tion of Zoning Code) - Messrs. Hamill, Remmel and Ledvina, aye; Mr. Huntington, nay.
