Board of Zoning Appeals 3-2-77 - 3 <br />At this time there,appeared before the BbaYd n'2igHboYS of Sub Lot #506, (Pe'rm <br />Parte1 No. 235-15-19) on Decke'r Rd. requesting interpretation af what consti- <br />tutes a fir'st floor in, a dwelling. <br />This is in regard to fihe Daniel Jankura CaSe heard and approved by this Board <br />Jan. 5 and before the Bbard of Building Code Appeals Feb. 3 and approved by <br />that Board Febo 241 <br />Note - Item was not on,the agenda and the principals were not present. <br />Mr. Gundy submitted the plans in question. He described the dwelling as a <br />bi-level/spXit-level - characterized by the split-level foyer between two <br />full living levels, and further is a raised one and one half story, with <br />the main living area above. The family room shown on the plans must be com- <br />pleted to comply and the main floor area exceeds 1,060 sq. ft. The residence <br />district is "B"/ ' <br />After lengthy discussion the question -"Was Mr. Gundy reasonable in his in- <br />terpretation and thus meeting the requirements of the code and in issuing <br />the permit?" <br />Mr. Huntington moved to support the Building Commissioner in his interpreta- <br />tion..
