Rafeld, Roberts, Prokasy, and <br />Zurawskia <br />Also Present: Law Director Gareaup Building Commissioner Gundy, <br />Engineer Childs and Recording Secretary Hodgins <br />and Councilman Sharpe. <br />II. Review and Correation of Minutes <br />A'!r. Roberts corrected his motion in Item IV (a) to read "to deny re- <br />quest for preliminary plan because of insufficient information". Mr. <br />Roberts moved to approve minutes with correction. P'Lr. Zurawski sec- <br />onded and motion passed. <br />III. Building Department Requests <br />(a) Mr. Gundy presented proposal from Great Northern Shopping Center. <br />Commissioners looked over plans briefly. Mr. Prokasy moved to <br />refer plans for Great Northern facade renovation to Architectural <br />Review Boardo Mr. Zurawsky seconded and motion passedo <br />N. Vew Developments and Subdivisions <br />(a) Pine Subdivision <br />Nine Class A residential lots on proposed new cul de sac street <br />extending east off Dover Center Rd. between Driscoll Lane and <br />Zimpert Lane. Permanent Parcel Nos. 232-23-1; 232-23-2; 232- <br />23-122 and 232-23-123. <br />Mr. Childs distributed plans for the subdivision. N1r. Tnlaterbury <br />appeared before the commission, 1Tot all the new lots'meet the <br />code, but 'variances were granted by Board of Zoning Appeals on <br />Nlarch 2(Lots 3 and 4). Also a condition of the variance was for <br />fence at rear of lots 4, 5, and 6. Formerl,y there were L perma- <br />nent parcels and now should be 12 lots. Lots meet the code for <br />frontage and area but are shallow. 711 sq. ft. variances on Per- <br />manent Parcel Nos. 232.-23-122 and 232-23-1 were also granted by <br />Zoning Board. Ceinent garage structure on Lot 232-23-1 is to be <br />moved to conform. Class A homes are to be builto A description <br />of houses., their design and size and attached garages was given <br />by Mro TnTaterburym Mra Prokasy moved to approve preliminary plans <br />for Pine Subdivision., Mr. Zurawsky seconded the motion. During <br />discussion Mr. Zurawski asked about ditch -- it will have to be <br />culverted and rerouted. Mr. Roberts mentioned storm retention. <br />Motion passed,
