Roll Call <br />Chairman Tischler called the meeting to order at 8:00 p, m. <br />Fresent: Chairman Tischler, Vice Chairman"Rafeld, Secretary Evanoff and <br />Messrs. Roberts, Nee and Prokasyo <br />Also Prese'nt: Law Director Gareau, City Engineer Chi7.ds and Recording <br />Secretary Hodgins. <br />II. Review and Correction of Minutes. <br />Mr. Roberts moved to approve minutes of May 2h, 1977. Mr. Nee seconded, <br />and motion pe;sed. <br />IIIe T--.:ilding Lapartment Requests - No Items <br />IV. New Developments and Subdivisions. <br />(a) Capital N?tional Bank Subdivision, Split of existing lmt'into-two <br />lotso Retail Business District at easterly end of Brookpark Exten- <br />sion. <br />LP•':',,r fi•om Sparky DiBenedetto was read by Chairman Tischler.Copies <br />of plans were distributed to Commissioners. There is slight change <br />in roadway. Neither lot conforms with 119 ft. frontage and 72.24 <br />ft. fronta?_ye on Lorain Rd. However, area requirements do conform. <br />Poth lots 'iave structures on front of lots; contemplated completion <br />r.-L' Brookpark Rd. will provide frontage for rear of lots. Mr. Pro- <br />:tiasy moved to approve what is called platted surve,,r: for Capital <br />National Bank, Mr. Roberts seconded; and motion passed. <br />(b) Francis J: McCro:za Rasubdivision #2. Four existing lots on east <br />side of tiJellesley Ave. to be combined and redivided into three <br />lots in Class C residential area. Lot width variances have been <br />granted on two of the parcels. Permanent Parcel Nos. 233-22=26, <br />233-22-27,. 233-22-28 and 233-22-290 <br />Engineer Childs explained this is new subdivision in Class C <br />residential. Item 11 vf June 1, 1977 minutes of Board of Zoning <br />Appeals was read. Mrs. McCrone came before the Commission and <br />gave background information. After short discussion Mr. Rafeld <br />moved to approve Francis J. McCrone Resubdivision #2 from 4 exist- <br />ing lots to 3].ots. Mr. Prokasy seconded, and motion passed. <br />(c) Pine Subdivision Improvement Plans <br />Three copies of plans were distributed by Erigineer Childs who ex- <br />plained Page #3 regarding water drainage, retention basins, re- <br />°outing and culverting of ditch.
