The land near Mastick is zoned residential <br />and behind is zoned multiple residence. Carlton Place is to be lo- <br />cated entirely on Sub Lot #l. A possible problem could be roadway <br />to Mastick, too close to existing dwellings. Mr. Bower said this <br />is to be a private driveway. Mr. Frindt, 4856 Clague Rd. asked for <br />clarification of development of the multifamily Sub Lot, and went <br />on to mention several points of objection to the plan.. Mr. DeWitt, <br />23294 Mastick Rd., agrees with Mrs Frindt and asked if Sub Lot #1 <br />will need variance. There is to be no change in zoning. As far as <br />the subdivision goes, it meets a11 the requirementso Mro Prokasy <br />moved to accept plans for Carlton Place Subdivision bordering Mas- <br />tick Rd. iqr. Evanoff seconded, and motion passed. <br />V.. Communications <br />(a) Communication from Robert Svoboda of Regional Planning. <br />After short discussion Mr. Rafeld moved to place in committee <br />for consideration at the next meeting the zoning surrounding <br />Timber Trail Subdivision as recommended by Regional P],anning <br />Commission. Mr. Nee seconded, and motion passed. <br />(b) Architectural Review Board minutes of May 16, 1977. <br />That portion of minutes regarding posts being erected at Great <br />Northern Shopping Center. Also, Architectural Review Board re- <br />commends study of distances between entrances and exits off Lo- <br />rain Rd. Commissioners suggested Law Disector Gareau brief inem- <br />bers on code standards and Building Commissioner Gundy look in- <br />to the number of corrections needed; how many parcels on Lorain <br />Rd. are applicable; and perhaps a meeting with members of Ar- <br />chitectural Review Board to discuss their point of view. <br />VI.
