Mro Tischler moved to refer plans for Mc- <br />Donald's to Architectural Revieta Board for consideration and review and <br />with the suggestion Architectural Review Board consider elimination of two <br />parking spaces at the entrance and elimination of the parking space at the <br />islGnd at the northeast end of the property; and add one ft. to parking <br />stGlls adjacent to the landscaped areao Mr. Roberts seconded,motion passed, <br />IV. New Developmer_ts and Subdivisions <br />(a) Margo IJrive iTacation Plat - NIargo Drive Resubdivision combining 2 existing <br />parcels and half of vacated Margo Dr. to form a single new residential lot.. <br />Permanent Parcel Nos. 237-21--57 and 58. <br />N1ro Childs distributed plat plans and explained since the development of <br />Brendan Circle Margo I1r. is not necessary. The proposed lot under the ar- <br />rangement excesds requi.rements of the code. Mr. Rafeld moved to recommend <br />approval of Margo Drzve vacation plat. Mr. Roberts seconded.Rol1 Call on <br />motion: Messrs. Rafeld, Roberts, Tischler, Zurawski, aye. Mr. Nee, nay. <br />Upon examination it was found the area is not C zoning, but mixed use> Mr. <br />Roberts moved the request be placed in committee for examination of zoning <br />in the area. Mr. Zurawski seconded and motion passed. <br />(b) Improvement plans for Timber Trail Subdivision <br />Mr. Childs presented plans for 125 single family homes; all lots meet the <br />code. Improvement plans are still being reviewed in Engineering Dept.Mr. <br />Zurawski moved to approve plans as submitted. Mr. Rafeld seconded, and mo- <br />tion passed. <br />V. Communications - Letter regarding Orda No. 77-144. <br />N1r. Rafeld said he had checked the additions and reviewed the ordinance. Law <br />Director Gareau elplained it is a new permitted use within the code -- for eld- <br />erly only •- - Class A High R.ise. Mrq Rafeld moved to recommend approval of the <br />amendment to Ord. No, 77-144, Mr. Zurawski seconded the motion. Roll Call on <br />motione Messrs. Rafeld, Zurawski, Nee and Roberts, aye; Mro Tischler, nay,; <br />motion passed. <br />VI. New Basiness - No Items <br />VIIe Old Business - No Items <br />VIII.
