v <br />P1.anning Commission 10-25•,s7 j <br />. <br />- 2 - <br />NIr. Prokasy moved to amend the agenda to consider K C B Co. Subdivi- <br />sion (Item IV (a) on agenda) at this time. Mr. Roberts seconded and <br />motion passed. <br />Mr. Childs presented planp for combining 3 existing parcels and split- <br />ting into 2 new parcels north of Lorain Rd. and abutting Lorain and <br />Fairview Park Corp. Line, Permanent Parcel Nos. 231-16-26, 231-16-25 <br />and 1 parcel in Fairview Park No. 231-18-22. A. & P. Food store is to be in the commercial zoned area; development <br />of the rear later. Persons addressing the Commission: Lou Herman, . <br />3343 W. 231st St.; Carl Cubb, Fairview Park Councilman; Chas. S. 1,:a1- <br />czak, 3496 ti''. 231st St.; John Tolczeki, 3325 W. 231st St. There was <br />discussion of ingress and egress from property in rear; also dictates <br />of the court decision regarding the property in question. Mr. Zuraw- <br />ski moved to p7.ace subdivision in committee until we have report from <br />Law Director; report from the Engineer regarding ingress and egress <br />from property in rear and also from the Engineer determination of <br />whether owners wi1.l donate additional turn space on W. 231st Stv and <br />if same is necessary. Mr. Roberts secondPd the motiona Roll Call: <br />Messrs. Zurawski,,Roberts, Nee, and • irikasy, Aye; Messrse <br />Rafeld and Evanoff,,Nay.. Motion to place in committee passed. <br />(e) AAMCO Transmission - adjacent to Gold Circle - east side. <br />Mr. Gundy referred to Architectura7. Review Board report on Page 2 <br />of minutes dated Oct. 17, 1977 outlining recommended changes. All <br />Axchitectural Review Board requirements have been met. Mr. Zuraw- <br />ski moved to accept recommendations of Architectural Review Board and <br />approve plans for AAMCO Transmission. Mr. Evanoff seconded, and mo- <br />tion passeda <br />IV. New Developments and Subdivisions <br />(a) K C B Co, Subdivision - See above <br />(b) Improvement P1.ans for Brendan Circle Subdivision <br />Plans were presented and explained by Mr. Childs. He outlined plans, <br />present and future for drainage. There had been some questions from <br />area residents regarding drainage and turn around. NIr. Prokasy moved <br />to accept Improvement Plans for $rendan Circle Subdivision with as- <br />phalt T-type turn around at the end of Elm Rd. Mr. Zurawski seconded, <br />and motion passed. <br />(c) Evelyn Somerville Subdivision <br />1 existing parcel being split into 2 residential lots on west side of <br />Root Rd. Variance has been granted to create a 72 ft. front lot in <br />Class A Residential area. Permanent Parcel No. 232•-32-54 <br />Plans were distributed and explained by Mr. Chil.ds. Mr. Roberts mov- <br />ed to recommend approval of Somerville Subdivision. Mr. Nee seconded <br />and motion passed.
