/ y <br />City of North 0lmsted <br />PLANNING CONlMISSION <br />January 27, 1976 <br />T. Roll Call <br />Mr. Prokasy called the meeting to order at 8t15 p.m. i'?'ir. Roberts <br />called the rol1. Present: Messrs. Prokasy, Roberts, Rafeld, Tisch- <br />ler and Freeh and Evanoffm <br />Also present: Law Director Gareau, Assistant City Engineer McDer- <br />mott, Building Commissioner Gundy, Recording Secre- <br />tary Hodgins and Councilmen Sharp, Beaty and Gogoin. <br />Mr. Tischler moved to amend tonight's agenda to have Item V precede <br />Item IV. Tv1r. Roberts seconded and motion passed unanimously. <br />II. Review and Correction of Minutes <br />Mr. Rafeld moved to approve minutes of January 13 meeting as submit- <br />ted. Mr. Roberts seconded and motion passed unanimouslyo <br />III. Building Department Requests <br />:,amended to read Mr. Gundy presented proposal of Standard Oil Co. for gasoline only <br />there was questionfacility at 252 and I 480. Plan meets the cod.e. Hotaever, during dis- <br />of the fact of cussion the fact evolved that residential zoning is in location vhere <br />what zoning existsstation is proposed. Law Director Gareau said the zoning probably <br />at that location should have been changed when the street location was changed. r7r. <br />(Item III 3d sen- Rafeld moved to place in committee until determination of zoning is <br />tence) made by Law Department and EnginEering Department. 14r. Roberts,second- <br />ed the motion. Research is to include location, zoning and dedzcation <br />of Country Club Blvd. Motion passed unanimously. <br />V. New Developments and Eubdivisions <br />(a) Charles Faletta Subdivision - west side Kennedy Ridge Rd. - 2 sub <br />lots. <br />Location drawing and plats were distributed by 14r. McDermott. Plan <br />is splitting of one large lot into 2 small lots; both lots conform <br />in both zoning and area. Mr. Faletta came before the Commission at <br />this time. His home is on Sub Lot #1 and he will sell Sub Lot #2; <br />he will remove chainelink fence which is shown on the drawing. NIro <br />Freeh moved to accept Faletta Gubdivision as presenteda iU1r. Evanoff <br />seconded and motion passed unanimously. <br />(b) Great Northern Partnership Subdivision - north side Kennedy Ridge ftd. <br />- 3 sub lots. <br />? See NIr.
