.0 Planning Commission 1-27-76 -3- (4) It was mentioned that residential property in Bretton Rid.ge is zoned both A& B. No problem now, no action -taken. (5) Mr. Shur requested the MS secction in his property be chang- ed to MU so he can add it to his other NN property for a total of 15 acres which he needs for development in 5 acre parcels. After a long discussion Mr. Tischler moved to change tract fronting on Country Club Blvd. designated MS to MUo Mr. Rafeld seconded the motion. Rol1 Call on mo- tiont Messrs. Tischler, R.afeld and Prokasy, aye; Messrs. Freeh, Evanoff and Roberts, nay. Motion died for lack of a majority. (6) Ashbur.y Park has line between.A and B zoning and is through a property line. Area is all developed so line ia no problem. (7) Councilman BeatiT mentioned east end on north side of Kennedy Rzdge Rdm He asked why there are now B residentia.l homes and designated on proposal as GR. iKatteer was explained to his satisfaction. (8) Barclay Square designations were questioned. Mr.- Prokasy ex- plained by court action it was agreed to have MR in rear and the GB in front for possible development within three .years. Designations will remain on rrap. (9) Triangular Len Derin parcel was discussed. Mr. Tischler moved to recommend Planning Commission designate back triangle to LB from existing CF. Mre Roberts seconded and motion passed. Mrs. Zipp suggested area from Christman Drive across from Met- ropolitan Park be changed from LB designation to CH. Mr. Freeh moved to return proposal to Council with change"s as recordeda I4r. Tischler seconded the motion. Mr. Nichol, 29977 Edgepark ilre said the new Comnrehensive Plan has the sup- port of the North Olmsted Junior Chamber of t`;ommerce. Roll Call on mation: Allmembers voted aye. Mr. Evanoff suggested cover letter be drafted to accomparXy Plan- ning Commission recommendation to Council.
