City of North olmsted Pr.ANNzVG COMMISSION PTarch 9, 1976 I. Roll Call Vice Chairman Roberts called the meeting to order at 8s0L p.m. Present: Vice Chairman Roberts, Secretar,y TiscHvler and Iiessrs. Freeh, Nee, Evanoff. Also F'resents Building Commissioner Gundy, Law Director Gareau, Assistant City Engineer McDermott, Recording Secretary Hodgins and Councilmen Sharpe and Beatyo II. Review and Correction of Minutes Mr. Freeh corrected last paragraph on first page of February 24 minutes to read 75 ft. width instead of length. Mre Freeh moved minutes be approved as corrected. Mr. Tischler seconded and motion passed. III. Building Department Requests (a) New Requests (1) Mr. Gundy presented plans for a two story, 6200 sq. ft. office building to be located on Permanent Parcel 236-8-2 west of Colum- bia Rd. on the south side of Lorain Rd. Plan coniorms with code requirements; provides 42 parking spaces where 25 are required. Area is currently zoned general business. Mr. Hildebrand of Seuffert Construction was pre`sent and said his company will oc- cupy the first floor and second floor is to be rented for officeG. Mr. Tischler moved for approval of Seuffert Construction Company proposed office building subject to Engineering Department approval on drainagem Nre Evanoff seconded and motion passed unanimously. IVa Old Business Land Marks Gommission candidateo Mr. Roberts moved Mr. Tischler be appointed to the Land Marks Commission. Pnr, Evanoff seconded and motion passed unanimously. V. New Developments and Subdivisions (a) Patton-Dalessandro Subdivision - North side Kenned.y Ridge Rd. east of Proposed I-480 - 2 sub lots Mr. PZcDermott distributed maps to Commission members, Mr. Patton and Nr. Dalessandro assembled before the Commission. Plan is to move propert,y line 25 ft to west. Mr. Dalessandro is buying the 25 ft. from Mr. Pattona Mr. Freeh moved to.approve. t'Ir.
