Plp:uiing Commission 3-9m76 <br />4 ' <br />s 2 <br />(b) lntestminster ?r. 4ubdivision - west continuation of Westminster <br />Dr. abutting C. E. I. easement on north - 36 sub lots - pre- <br />liminary plan <br />Mr. McDermott distributed location maps and plans to Commission <br />memberss <br />(Mr. Rafeld is now present) <br />Plans are not complete enough to meet rules for the Agenda. Mr. <br />McDermott stated input from Commissioners is desired at this time <br />by the developer. NIrs. Benuska, the owner and her attorneJ are <br />present. Plan is for 36 buildable lots with 2 remnant parcels. <br />Lots are designed as for 70 ft. frontage which is B zoning. Area <br />is zoned A; 80 ft. lots required. The attorney gave history of <br />ownership and hova frontage from 3arton Road was taken by highway. <br />It was stated by Commission members the plan does not meet the code <br />for A zoningo Plan is to have B tyne lots with A houses, similar <br />to City Line development. Options seem to be (a) rezoning, or (b) <br />conformance to existing zoning. Further discussion included size <br />of two remaining parcels, access route, maintenance of remnant par- <br />cels if deeded to the Gityo Mra Saylor, the engineer, came in at <br />this time and gave informal presentation. Mro Tischler moved to <br />retain Nestminster Dr. Subdivision in Committee and request the <br />engineer to give acreage on the second parcel. Mr. Freeh seconded <br />and motion passed unanimously. <br />VI. Communications <br />Letter from Councilman Snarpe regarding combined meeting of the Building, <br />Zoning and Development Committee of Gouncil and the Planning Commission to <br />further review the Comprehensive Plan. Date established is March 18 - 8 p.m. <br />I1-go M. Krejci, 517L Columbia Rd. spoke at length of dismay at proposed <br />Countr,y Club Blvdo Extension approved at last meeting. She cited traff ic <br />congestion on Columbia Rd. <br />VII. Committee Reports - No Items <br />VIIT. New Business - No Items <br />IX. Adjournment <br />wFr. Roberts moved to excuse Mrm Prokasy's absence. Mr. Rafeld seconded <br />and motian passedo <br />Meeting adjourned at 9:35 P.M. <br /> <br />Dennis G.
