L <br />? Planning Commission 4-13-76 - 2 - <br />23L-13°8 to provide acce.ss from Barton Rd. through to the <br />industrial area. Mr. Nee seconded and motion passed. <br />(b) Recreational area preliminary development plan, as proposed <br />by ths developer of Cit.y Line Fstates resubdivision -- east <br />off Barton Road south of C. E. I. easemente <br />Yiaps and copies of plot plan were distributed by Mr. PZcDermott. <br />Mr. Andreano appeared before the Commission at this time. Per- <br />manent Parcel #234-18-15 is retained by developer, and Per- <br />manent Parcel #234-18-21 is ovyned by City of North Olmsted. Plan <br />of developer of Cit.y Line Estatesiis mound of earth 6 to 8 ft. <br />high on above permanent parcels for recreation site with some <br />equipment. The objective is to screen trailer park from the <br />subdivision; probably will cost developer $10,000. Home owners' <br />association later to maintain playground area; or the city will <br />have to. After approval Engineer Andreano will work with the <br />City Engineer to define drainage, etc. About 1 acre is involved. <br />Mr. Tischler moved to retain Recreatianal area preliminary develop- <br />ment plan of City Line Estates resubdivision in committee and to <br />ask Recreation Commission for input as to cost of maintenance and <br />supervisione Mr. Rafeld seconded and motion passed. <br />VIe Communications <br />(a) Chairman Prokasy read letter from Dolores D. Sharpe, Chairman <br />Building, Zoning and Development Committee dated April 6, 1976. <br />All proposal contained in the letter were discussed at la.st <br />Planning Commission meeting. Chairman Prokasy commented the <br />first item also include an additional item (c) for two family. <br />Chairman Prokasy explained the second item. Mr. Rafeld moved <br />revision as proposed by B. Z. D. Committee in letter dated April <br />61 1976 be amended to include item 1(c) two family dwellings; <br />and remainder of revision be accepted as proposed. Mr. Nee <br />seconded and motion passed. <br />VII. Committee Reports - No Items <br />VIII. New Business - A1o Items <br />IX. Adjournment <br />Nlre Rafeld moved to excuse the absences of Mr. Evanaff and PZr. Freeh. <br />Mr. Roberts seconded and motion passed. <br />Ntr.
