Old }3usiness <br />5-25-76 <br />- 2 - <br />Mr. Gundy referred to Gibson Of£ice Building at Bailey and Lorain. <br />When approved, it was required the area be fenced. A letter dated <br />today from neighboring property owners stating they prefer landscap- <br />ing was read. Letter from Mr. Gibson stating he plans to eliminate <br />fence and have shrubbery was also read. Mr. Freen moved to approve <br />change from fence to landscaping as requested. Mr. Roberts seconded <br />and motion passed. <br />V. New Developments and Subdivisions <br />(a) R. K. R. Subdivision #2 - west side of Barton Rd. north of Lorain <br />Rd. - 2 sub lots. <br />Mr. McDzrmott was still in Equalization Board meeting so Mr. Pro- <br />kasy presented plans for 27328 Lorain Rd. Lot sizes have been <br />checked and they do conform to the city code. 1 lot is to be made <br />into 2 lots; a 70 ft. lot and a 96 ft. lot are to be made. Yx. <br />Roberts moved to approve R. K. R. Subdivision #2. Yx. Freeh se- <br />conded and motion passed. <br />(b) Ludwig A. Zoldesy Subdivision - west side of Barton Rd. south of <br />Lorain Rd. and north of C. E. I. easement - 2 sub lots. <br />Again, in the absence of Mr. McDermott, PZr. Prokasy distributed lo- <br />cation maps. There is adequate size and frontage in this A zoned <br />area - 1 lot is 80 ft. wide and 1 is 85 ft. wide. Mr. P1ee moved <br />to approve Ludwig A. Zoldesy Subdivision - west side of Barton Rd. <br />south of Lorain Rd. and north of C. E. I. easement - 2 sub lots. <br />Mr. Rafeld seconded and motion passed. <br />VI. Mra Roberts moved to change date to June <br />9;1976 at 8:00 p.m. <br />Mra Roberts moved to have no Planning Commission meeting in the month of <br />July to coincide with Council.
