? City of 1Vorth 0lmsted BOARD 0F ZO'RING APPEATS Nov o lo, 1976 Vice Chairman Duskey called the meeting to order at 7:30 P.M. Present: Messrs. Duskey, Olson, Huntington and Hamille Also present: Building Comrnissioner Gundy, Law Director Gareau and Recording Secretary Hodgins. Minutes of Oct. 6, 1976 were corrected to read Mre Huntington was present. Mro Hamill was absent. Mr. Duskey moved to approve minutes as correctsd. Mr. Hamill seconded and motion passed. Continuance of request of Bernard F. Dowling, Jr., 29151 Dorchester Dr. Request for variance (1133.13). Request %o locate tool shed next to house. Violation of ord. 75-117. Present: Mr. I?owling and one neighbor mho were administered the oath. Mr. Dow- ling explained the plans. He requests a 6 ft. x 10 ft. tool shed to be located Near his house as shown on plans. After some discussion Mr. Hamill moved to grant variance to locate tool shed next to house. Mr. Olson seconded. Roll Call on the motion: Nlessrso Hamill, Olson and Duskey voted aye. Mr. Huntington voted nay. ftequest granted. Continuance of request of Friends Church, Jr. B. Anderson, 22150 MacBeth Ave. Fairview Park 0. Chairman, to be located north off Butternut Ridge Rd. near pro- posed relocated 252. Request for variance (1133.13). Request for special per- mission to build chureh. Hearing required by ard. 62-33 Section 1231.02. Present: Roy Skeeter, Mr. Douglas, Mr. Crabb and othersa Revised site plans were distributed. Letter from State Highway Dept. was read. The Rev. Roy Skeeter explained the revised plans. After discussion Mr. Olson moved to grant special permit for church as requested with screening and berm to be installed as per Nov. 3, 1976 plans. Mr. Huntington seconded and motion passed unanimously. Continuance of requESt of Don Abbott, 28018 Edgepark Dr. Request for variance (1133•13). Request for 48 in. high fence. Violation of Ord. 62-33 Section 1151. 04 (H). (Fence installed.) Presenta Mr. and Mrs. Abbott who were administered the oath. R. J. 2ella, a neighbor was also administered the oath.. Case was revietaed. Appeal was reread. The Building Commissioner has revoked the license of the fence builder. Mr. Zella spoke in favor of the fence. Discussion included safety faetors, location of fence and.the hardship involved. Nir. Oleon moved to grant the variance request. Mro Hamill seconded and motion passed. l. Richard A. Richardson, L268 Brendan Lane. Request for variance (1133v13)• Request for 15 ft. rear yard variance for tool shed. Violation of Ord. 75- 117. Present: Mr. and Nlrs.
