Case and appeal <br />were read. Location of property for sign and location of deve-lop- <br />ment for sale were ascertained. Request is for a temporary de- <br />velopment sign not located on the site. Ord. 62-33 Section 1225. <br />05 D 3 was reviewed. Mr. 01son moved to deny the request as it <br />reads and suggested moving the sign 15 ft. south of sidewalk on <br />Lorain Rd. in side yard with limit of one year for sign. Mr. <br />Hamill seconded and motion passed. <br />8. Charles and Adelaid Kokonyi, 4121 Zaurell Lanee Request for variance (1133• <br />13). Request for 10 in. fence height variance to add to existing fence. Vio- <br />lation of Ord. 62-33 Section 1151.04. <br />Present: Mr. and Mrs. Kokonyi who Uiere administered the oath. Case was read. <br />Plans were explained by appellants. Mr. Huntington moved to ap- <br />prove request for variance. Mr. Olson seconded and motion passed. <br />9. Standard Oi1 Co., 25295 Lorain Rd. Request for variance (1133.13)• Request <br />for 45 ft. setback variance. Violation of Ord. 62-33 Section 1174.02. <br />Present: Two representatives of Standard Oil Co. were administered the oath. <br />Case vaas read. Similar requPSt of another oil company h=a.s reviewed. <br />30 fte x 50 ft. canopies are planned. Canopies wi11 identify the <br />station and protect customers vhen self service becomes law in Ohio. <br />Plans call for two island canopies 5 ft. from Lorain Rd. and one <br />island canopy on Great Northern Blvd. 14r. Olsan moved to deny the <br />request for variance,and since this will be recurring problem to <br />the Board, to therefore refer the matter to Planning Commission <br />and Council.. Violation of drd. 62-33 Section 1225.O1s <br />Present: Appellants for Standard Oil Coo remained under oath. Case and ap- <br />peal were x°ead. Ord. 62-33 Section 1225.02 was reviewed. Price <br />only sign is to be added to existing sign. Existing sign is 39 <br />sq. ft. Mr. Olson moved to deny the request. Mr. Huntington sec- <br />onded the motion. After short discus- <br />sion Mr. Hamill moved to grant special permission to add to non- <br />conforming dweZling. Mr. Huntington seconded and motion passed. <br />12.
