Hamill Also Present: Building Commissioner Gundy, Zak Director Gareau and Recording Secretary Hodgins. Minutes of September l, 1976 were corrected on first page, 3d paragrapl;i.from the bottom last line t1?147 Dryden Dr. is a windbreak". Mr. Duskey moved to approve minutes as corrected. Mr. Huntington seconded and motion passed. Continuance oi hearing of request of Paul B. Muenzen, 6835 Warrington Dr.Re- quest to park boat trailer in driveway. Violation of Ord. 52-33 Section 11510 Ob. Present: vir. A'luenzen who raas administered the oath. Case and appeal were read. Pictures were shown. Citation was noted. Appellant is looking for a seasonal variance. The ordinance was read; uhat is unique in this case? P4r. Huntington moved to deny the request. ti1r. Duskey seconded and motion passed. 1. Judith R. Present: Mr. Prevost who was administered the oath. Appellant changed request to attach tool shed behind garage. Shed is Lt ft. x 8 ft. Mr. Duskey moved to grant variance to relocate tool shed directl.y on northeast end of garage. Mr. Huntington seconded and motion passed. 2. Stel.la wtark' 29645 Lorain Rd. Request for variance (1133.13)e Request for 19 ft. sideyard variance for corner 1ot. Violation of Ord. 62-33 Section 1231.02 (B). Presents Mr. and Mrs. Stark and one other were administered the oath. This case is request for addition to non-conforming dwelling. After examination of plans N1ro Duskey moved to grant special permit to add to non-conforming dwelling. NIr. Presents Mr. Dowling who was administered the oath. Case was reado Home- owners' deed restriction prevents appellant from placing tool shed in location as specified by Cit,y ordinance. A 6 ft. x 10 ft. shed is proposed. There was discussion of size and location. Law Di- rector Gareau said the City cannot take notice of deed restrictions.
