Uiolation of Ord. 62-33 Section 1163.01 <br />Presente I?ir. and Mrs. Hoffman zaho were administered the oath. Case and ap- <br />peal were read. Plans were examined. A 12 ft. x 13 addition is <br />planned where patio is located. Mr. Duskey moved to grant 9 ft. <br />8 in. rear yard variance. T?Ir. Huntington seconded and motion pass- <br />ed. <br />5. Wm. Information regarding illegal in- <br />stallation of fence by Brookpark Fence Co. will be forwarded to <br />the prosecutor.
