Case and ap- <br />peal were read. This Board gave variance for undersized home at <br />earlier date. Two variances are being requested - one for set <br />back and one for size of tool shedR There is compatibilit,y of <br />location taith existing garage and tool shed of neighbors. Nir. <br />Olson moved to grant size variance for tool shed to be located <br />36 ft. from rear of house as shown on print. N2r. Hamill second- <br />ed the motion. Violation of Ord. 62-33 Section 1157.01, requiring 80 <br />ft. for width of lot. <br />Mr. Kovach taas not present. 17 neighbors were present and were administer- <br />ed the oath. Case <br />and appeal were read. This is a deep lot.
