Board of Zoning Appeals 8-h-76 _ 3_ Rd. Violation of Ord. 75-117 limiting tool shed size to 100 sq. ft. Present: Mr. and Mrs. Huber who were administered the oath. Case and ap- peal were read. This Board gave variance for undersized home at earlier date. Two variances are being requested - one for set back and one for size of tool shedR There is compatibilit,y of location taith existing garage and tool shed of neighbors. Nir. Olson moved to grant size variance for tool shed to be located 36 ft. from rear of house as shown on print. N2r. Hamill second- ed the motion. Roll Ca11 on the motion: Affirmatiee - Ntessrs. Request for 4 ft. variance for width of lot (frontage), at 4246 Root Rd. Violation of Ord. 62-33 Section 1157.01, requiring 80 ft. for width of lot. Mr. Kovach taas not present. 17 neighbors were present and were administer- ed the oath. There was some discussion and many questions. Mr. Huntington moved to continue the hearing. Mr. Olson seconded and motion passed.. 11. George Durkin, 23235 Mastick Rd. Request for variance (1133•13).. Request for permission to add to non-conforming dwe].ling (260 ft, front setback). Special permission required•by Ord. 62-33 Section 1231.02. Fresent: Mr. Retzler, the architect, who was administered the oath. Case and appeal were read. This is a deep lot.
