Board of Zoning Appeals 8-4-76 - 4 - motion passed. i`7r. Olson moved to grant 2 ft. variance for fence on Sub Lot 26. 12r. Huntington seconded and motion passed. Nir. Olson moved to grant 2 ft. variance for fence on Gub Lot 27. Mr. Huntington seconded and motion passed. 16. Hennie Homes, Inc. 28867 Lorain-Rd. Request for variance (1133.13). Re- quest for sideline variance at 4343 Dogwood Trail (Sub Lot 42). Viola- tion cf Ord. 62-33 Section 1161.01. Prese•it: 'Halter Tdelke and others wereadministered the oath. Case and ap- peal were read. Plans were examined. 11 ft. of side of house will encroach too closely to neighbors' line. Drainage was also discussed. Owners of uub Lots 20 and 21 expressed concern re- garding increased hazard of drainage problem. 3 ft. sideline variance is requested. Mr. Olson moved to continue this hearing. Present: Mr. and Mrs. Ippolito who were administered the oath. Case and appeal were read. There is enclosed patio on garagee 16 ft. x 10 ft. dining room addition is planned. Violation of Ord: 62-33 Section 1151. 04 (H ) . Present: Ttr.. Marquard who was administered the oath. Case and appeal were read. 85 ft. long cedar board on board fence is planned. Appe1- lant has talked with neighbors. There was discussion of length of fence, set back of dwellings and height of fenceo Nr. Plan is to enclose patio with aluminum, screen and glass. Mr. Ham- ill moved to grant 4 ft.. rear yard variance for 10 ft. x 20,ft. patio enclosure. Mr. Huntington seconded and motion passed.
