Board of Zoning Appeals 6-2-76 <br />_ 2 _ <br />fence for such a long distance in residential appellents viere told. The <br />request was then changed to 1 ft. variance. 14r. Olson moved to grant 1 <br />ft. fence height variance for 126 fte Mr. Duskey seconded and motion passed. <br />3. Manners Restaurant, 26770 Lorain Rd. Request for oversize and over height sign. <br />(180 sq. ft. per side). Violation of Orde 62-33 Section 1225.02. <br />A gentleman came forward and said the principal from Manners is not present. P,`ir. <br />Olson moved to continue the case. Mr. Duskey seconded and motion passed. <br />Richard L. DeWitt, 23294 14astick Rao Request for variance (1133013). Request <br />for special permission in location of Proposed tool shed. Violation of Ord. 75_ <br />117. <br />Present: Richard L. De4:+itt who was administered the oath. Site maps were distri- <br />buted by Mr.DeWitt. A 15 fte wide sewer easement is in rear of lot. <br />Shed planned is 9 ft. high, a 1 ft. height variance is needed. After <br />some discussion AZr. Duskey moved to grant variance for tool shed to be <br />located 5 ft. from sewer easement and allowing 1 ft. height variance as <br />per plan. Request for <br />special permission in location of proposed tool shed as required in Ordo 75-I17e <br />Also height variance. <br />Present: Mr. and l7rs. James E. Request for 5 ft. 6 in. sideline variance on Permanent Parcel No. <br />233-20-32 on Wellesley Ave. Violation of Ord. 62-33 Section 1161.01. <br />Present: h1rs. Vasquez, Councilman Wilamosky, a representative of F. Pianos, the <br />owner, Mr. and Mrs< ;MeCrone and many others. Witnesses were administer- <br />ed the oath. <br />Lot is 252 ft. deep and 50m75 ft. widee House will be relocated to the <br />property; house is 30 ft. wide, garage wi11 be detached from house and <br />placed in rear of lot. I,aw Director Gareau spoke of standards'and hard- <br />ships. Mro O'Toole said there is misrepresentation on the drawing; house <br />to be relocated wi11 have less setback than house next door. House is <br />too large for the lot - - appellants are creating their otan problem. Mr. <br />Duskey moved to deny request for 5 fto 6 in. sideline variance on Per- <br />manent Parcel No. 233-20-32 on Wellesley Ave. Mr. Olson seconded and <br />mo•tion passed.
