- Board of Zoning Appeals 6-2-76 <br />_3_ <br />8. Russell J. Valentine, 22470 Fairlawn Circle, Fairvieta Park, Ohio bII126. Re- <br />quest for variance (1133.13)• Request for 1 ft. side yard variance on Permanent <br />Parcel No. 231-15-7 on W. 231st Ste <br />Present: NIr. and Mrs. Valentine and others. Witnesses were administered the <br />oath. Case was read. Plans were studied. Neighbor asked hoTA, close <br />Valentine house is to be to Hoover house -- distance is allowable. <br />Mr. Duskey moved to grant 1 ft. side yard varianceo Mr. Olson second- <br />ed. Motion passed. <br />9. Johnsen Case is withdrawn. <br />10. Louis P. Castellarin and Anthony J. Puracchio, 4091 Meadotabrook Blvd. and 3474 <br />Montecello Blvd. Request for variance (1133.13). Request for variance for num- <br />ber of parking spaces required for roller skating rink. Violation of Qrd. 62-33 <br />Section 1212.02 (J). <br />Present: Mr. Castellarin and N'?r. Puracchio, Mr. Novak, Councilman Wilamosky and <br />others. kTitnesses were administered the oath. 3/4 of acre of land <br />behind Pamper Beauty Salon has been acquired for parking for roller <br />skating rink. Now 200 parking spaces can be provided where 297 park- <br />ing spaces are required. Variance of 97 parking spaces is requested. <br />Mr. tidilamosky questione4 traffic pattern. After discussion Mr. Led- <br />vina moved to grant variance of 97 parking spaces with the following <br />stipulation -- that the rear triangle shown on prints on file, zoned <br />residential, be held for expansion of parking if it is deemed neces- <br />sary by this Board -- no permanent structure is to be installed on <br />. the parcel and it is not to be sold for any reason except with per- <br />mission of this Board. Mro Olson seconded and motion passed. <br />11. Brian Lancaster, 23214 Summerland Ave. Request for variance (1133.13). Re- <br />quest for special permission to add to non-conforming (39 ft. 6 in. setbac?s) <br />dwelling. Special permission required by Orda 62-33 Section 1231e02. <br />Present: Mr, Lancaster who was administered the oath. Plan is to add second <br />flooro Board members examined plans. Mr. Olson moved to grant spe- <br />cial permission to add to non-conforming dwelling. 14r. Duskey second- <br />ed and motion passed, <br />12e Andrew Hallahany 5674 Dorothy Dr. Request for variance (1133.13). Request for <br />8 ft. rear yard variance. jTiolation of ord. 62-33 8ection 1163.01. <br />Present: Mr. and 14rs. Hallahan who were administered the oath. Appeal was read. <br />rhr. Olson moved to grant the variance. Mr. Duskey seconded and motion <br />passed. <br />13. Joseph Bach, 2735 Clague Rd: Request for variance (1133.13). Request for spe- <br />cial permission to add enclosed rear porch to non-conforming dwelling. Permission <br />required by Ord. 62-33 Section 1231.02. <br />Present: NZr. Flanagan representing Mr. Bach and Nss. Saringer. Appeal was read. <br />Plans were examined. Mr. Duskey moved that special permission be Pranted <br />to add enclosed rear porch to non-conforming dwelling. Mr. Olson second- <br />ed and motion passed. <br />].la..
