? Board of Zoning Appeals <br />-3- <br />Present: '114r. and Mrs. DeChant who were admi-nistered the oath. Case and ap- <br />peal were read. Plans and proportion of plan were examined. Lot <br />is 151 ft. deepo Fire proof walls are necessar,y. After further <br />discussion Mr. Duskey moved to grant 12 ft. variance for distance <br />between house and garage and to grant special permission for addi- <br />tion to non-conforming dwelling. Mr. Hami11 seconded and motion <br />passede <br />9. Timothy J. L, Jean M. Connors, 6100 Barton Rds Request for variance (1133.13). <br />Request for 5 ft. 3 in. variance between proposed addition and garage. Viola- <br />tion of Orda 62-33 Section 1151.04, <br />Present: Mro Connors and others who were administered the oath. Case and ap- <br />peal were reade Special permission is also needed to add to non-con- <br />forming (houGe is L0.5 fte from street). Plans were further examined. <br />Mr. Huntington moved to grant special permission to add to non-con- <br />forming dwelling and to grant 5 ft. 3 in. variance between house and <br />garageo Mr. Duskey seconded and motion passed unanimously. <br />10. Kenneth R. Spanagel, 5840 Royal Parkway, Parma Heights, Ohio 4L130. Request <br />for variance (1133,13). Request for 93 sqo ft. vari-ance in livable area for <br />house to be relocated to Permanent Parcel ?do. 237-3L-60 on Stearns Rd. Viola- <br />tion of Ord. 62-33 Section 1153.01 requiring 1500 sq. ft. <br />Present: Kenneth R. Spanagel who was administed the oath. Case and appeal were <br />reada Site plans and photos were examined; letter of consent from a <br />neighbor was read. Area is zoned A residential. Geo. Spanagel was ad- <br />ministered the oath at this time. He outlined alternate plans for ad- <br />ditional space. After further discussion Iqr. Olson moved to grant the <br />variance. Mr. Hamill seconded the motion. Roll Call on the motion: <br />Messrs. Olson, Hamill and Huntington, aye. Messrs. Duskey and Ledvina, <br />nay, Request granted. <br />11.
