Board of Zoning Appeals <br />-4- <br />Present: NIr. Castellarin, Mr. ruraccio, Mr. Seuffert, Mr. Novak, Councilmen <br />Sharpe and Beaty, Mrsa Zipp, and Mr. Ernst. lrlitnesses were admini- <br />stered the oath. Case and appeal were read. Site plan was examin- <br />ed by Board Members. There is converted house on the property. <br />School property is two lots away. Two requests are before the Board. <br />It was decided to consider request to use residential zoned area for <br />parking firsto•: .: W:ithout the granting of use of the residential <br />area for parking,the request for variance for number of parking <br />spaces becomes redundant. Councilman Sharpe spoke in favor of the <br />plane <br />Yx. Novak explained sewer line exists 10 ft. from rear of property. <br />He also feels it will devalue his propert,y -- noise, hubub, lights, <br />etc. Mro Ernest and N1rs. Zipp spoke in favor of the plan. Mrs. <br />Zipp mentioned fencing mighti be a requirement to keep noise, etc. <br />confined, Proposed Comprehensive Plan iaas mentioned in regard to <br />the area. After lengthy discussion 14r. Duskey moved to grant a vari- <br />ance to alloVa parking in the portion of property zoned residential. <br />Mro Ledvina seconded the motion. R.oll Call on the motion: Mr. Duskey <br />and Mr. Ledvina, a.ye. iTessrs. Huntington, Hamill and Olson, na,y.
