Plans were examined <br />and explained. Maximum violation is 30 ft. There was some question <br />as to whether or not this is commercial use if animals are to be <br />sold for laboratory purposes. A neighbor's kitchen, bedroom and <br />dining room all face rear of property with direct view onto pro- <br />posed rabbit sned. Murphy's living room and patio are in rear and <br />he objects to possible view. After further discussion Mr. Olson <br />moved to deny the request for variance.
