Board of Zoning Appeals 6e4-75 <br />- b - <br />Present: Mr. Zwingelberg who was administered the oath. Case and appeal <br />were read. Plans were examineds Letter from neighbor of non- <br />objection was read. There is large tree in area of shed loca- <br />tion. 7 ft. x 10 ft. for tool shed is planned. Mr. Duskey mov- <br />ed to grant special permit for tool shed with adequate planting <br />to satisfaction of Building Official. Mre Olson seconded and <br />motion passed. <br />15. Arthur polan, L316 Brendan Lane. Request for variance (1133.13)o Request <br />for special permit for tool shed. Special m rmission required by Ord. 62- <br />33 Section 1151o04e <br />Present: Mr. Dolan who was administered the oath. Case and appeal were <br />read. Plans were examined. Mr. Dolan stated his necessity for <br />tool sheds Children, five cars and dogs take up the garageo He <br />said the tool shed will match the house. P-Ir. Olson said this is <br />corner lot and tool shed would be very visible from al_1 angles; <br />tool shed is not compatible with the neighborhoo$. Yir. Olson <br />moved to continue case until next meeting. Mr. Duskey seconded <br />and motion passeda <br />16. Tr!m. Heppner, 24354 S.outh Oxford Oval. Request for variance (1133.13) Re- <br />quest for special permit for tool shed. Special permissi.on required by Ordo <br />62-33 Section 1151.04. <br />Present: Mr. Heppner and NIr. and Mrs. Gardner. kTitnesses were administered <br />the oath Case and appeal were read. 8 ft. x 8 ft. tool shed is <br />planned. Site plan was examined. 8 ft. x 12 ft. tool shed is more <br />useful. Mr. Heppner is leaving decision on size to Board. Mr. <br />Ledvina said it stands out. Neighbors are only 8 ft. away and ob- <br />ject to the structure of this particular type of shed. They UiisYi <br />flat type would be built. They don't want anything like a barn. <br />Discussion followedm Mr. Olson moved to continue the c2seo Mro <br />Duskey eeconded and motion passed. <br />17. Violation of Ord. <br />62°33 Section 1163.01. <br />Present: Neil Bower. Witness was administered the oath. Case and appeal <br />were read. Site nlans were exmained. Lengthy discussion follow- <br />ing which Mr. Duskey moved to grant 5 ft. rear yard variance at <br />288L1 Oring Rd. Mro Olson seconded and motion passed. <br />18. Gary Cottren, 5592 Decker Rd. Request for variance (1133.13) Request for <br />2 ft. height variance for fence. Violation of Ord. 62-33 Section 1151.04. <br />Presents Mr. and Mrs. Cottren who were adm.inistered the oath. Case and ap- <br />peal were read. Plans were examined. Fence is for run for great dane dog. <br />People behind have no objections (letter was shown), Mr. Ledvina suggested <br />fencing smaller area. It was felt by some Board members 6 ft. fence is too <br />high. Appellants think 5 fto is inadequate. Lengthy`discussion followeda <br />Mr. Duskey moved to grant 1 ft. variance for 5 ft. fence. Mr. Olson second- <br />ed and motion passed. <br />19. Wm. W. Frick Building Co., 15W Lorain Rd., Cleveland, 0. Request for vari- <br />ance.
