Board of Zoning Appeals 6-4-75 <br />-5- <br />Present: V'm. Frick and one other were administered the oath. Case and ap- <br />peal were read. Three variance5 are required. 14Ir°. Gundy said <br />house is reasonable; zoning should perha:ps in future have smal- <br />ler requirements in keeping with land costs, and energy consia?npp <br />tion. Planned is ranch type housem Mr. Dzskey moved to approve <br />the three variances requiestede. 1) square foot variance - 140 sq. <br />fto reduction; 2) variance in distance from house to garage of <br />4 ft. 3 in. and variance of 2 ft. betkeen property line and garage. <br />AirO Olson seconded and motion passed, <br />2A. Request for 21.2 ft. front setback at 5125 <br />Whitethorn Rde Violation of Ord. 62-33 Section 1159.01. <br />Present: Mr. Bednar. TrJitness was administered the oath. Case and appeal were <br />read. Variance is needed for compliance with neighboring hooes. iMr. <br />Olson moved to grant variance as requestedo A7ro Duskey seconded and <br />motion passed. <br />21. Special permission required by Ord. <br />62-33 5ection 1151.04m <br />Present< Mrs. Petonovich who was administered the oath. Gase and appeal <br />were read. Plans were examined. Plans on site map are incomplete. <br />There is need to know distance from side 1ine. Shed 12 ft.x 10 ft. <br />is plannedo Shed is incompatible with area. Mr. Olson moved to <br />deny request based on the location (al.most attached to side of <br />house.) If appellant wants to resubmit request with tool shed in <br />different location she may do so. Mr. Duskey seconded andmotion <br />passed. <br />22. Mark A. Hesselink, 3353 W. 126th Stv Clevela.nd9 0. Hequest for variance <br />(1133.13). Request for front and rear setback vas°iances on permanent parcels <br />235-114-95 and 96 on I?acker Rd. Violation of Ordo 62-33 Sections 1159.01 and <br />1163•01. <br />Present: Councilman V.Tilamosky and others were administered the oath. Case <br />and appea2 were read. Request is for 5 fto front setback and 1 <br />ft rear yard variance. After some discussion it was determined in- <br />sufficient legal notices were sent in this casee Case to be con- <br />tinued. <br />Appeal regarding shrubs as referred to Zoning Board by Mr. Gundy, Building Com- <br />missioner on May 79 1975 is being withdrawn.
