Special permission required by Ord. 62- <br />33 Section 115100L. <br />Present: Mr. Pitrone and Mrs. Shaffeeo 14itnesses were administered the <br />oath. Case and appeal were read. Concrete slab for tool shed <br />is located 21 ft. from rear property linem Lot is 1L0 ft. deep <br />and 60 ft. wideo Appellant didn't kno-va he had to have permit. <br />There are no sheds on adjacent lots; there is one dov;n the street, <br />Neighbor Shaffee has no objection. Mro Tubbs moved to deny, Mr. <br />Hami11 seconded. Roll Call on the motion: Aye - Messrs. Tubbs, <br />Hamill, Ledvina, and Olson.. Nay- Yx. Duskey. There are many trespassers and <br />bicycles through the yard; Gold Circle parking lot debris blows <br />into the yard. Mr. Ledvina had made inspection and feels fence is <br />badly needed. A 5 ft. fence would give more privac,y and security. <br />Councilman Goggin mentioned the ditch stops at the Fritz propertyo <br />Mr. Olson moved to grant the variances. Violation of Ord. 62-33 Section <br />1163o01s <br />Present: Walter Welke who was administered the oath. Case and appeal were <br />read. Plan is for 37 ft. deep house. 1.22 ft. -rcar yard variance <br />is requested, Mr. Tubbs objected - he said "creating problems; <br />should conform with the ordinance; should have the required rear <br />yard so fences are not needed". Mr. T.ibbs further stated it made <br />him sick to go out and look at small back yards on variances we <br />have granted.
