Board of Zoning Appeals 5-7-75 - 2 - possible transfer of uses of other businesses in the area. It was the general opinion there wouln not be enough parking spaces even combined. Mre Hamill moved to reject the request. N1r. Duskey seconded and motion passed unanimously. Request rejected. 1. Joseph Pitrone, 5976 Decker Rdo Request for variance (1133.13)• Request for special permit for tool shed. Special permission required by Ord. 62- 33 Section 115100L. Present: Mr. Pitrone and Mrs. Shaffeeo 14itnesses were administered the oath. Case and appeal were read. Concrete slab for tool shed is located 21 ft. from rear property linem Lot is 1L0 ft. deep and 60 ft. wideo Appellant didn't kno-va he had to have permit. There are no sheds on adjacent lots; there is one dov;n the street, Neighbor Shaffee has no objection. Mro Tubbs moved to deny, Mr. Hami11 seconded. Roll Call on the motion: Aye - Messrs. There are many trespassers and bicycles through the yard; Gold Circle parking lot debris blows into the yard. Mr. Ledvina had made inspection and feels fence is badly needed. A 5 ft. fence would give more privac,y and security. Councilman Goggin mentioned the ditch stops at the Fritz propertyo Mr. Olson moved to grant the variances. Mr. Tubbs seconded and mo- tion passed unanimously. 3. Hennie Homes, 28867 Lorain Rd0 Request for variance (1133.13). Request for rear yard variance at 27624 Laurell Lane. Violation of Ord. 62-33 Section 1163o01s Present: Walter Welke who was administered the oath. Case and appeal were read. Plan is for 37 ft. deep house. 1.22 ft. -rcar yard variance is requested, Mr. Tubbs objected - he said "creating problems; should conform with the ordinance; should have the required rear yard so fences are not needed". Mr. T.ibbs further stated it made him sick to go out and look at small back yards on variances we have granted.
